Damn, it is July already! I can not believe we are halfway through the year…time goes so fast.
I hope you’re all gearing up for a great 4th of July. it is a little weird this year with it falling on a Wednesday, but celebrations are still to be had regardless of the day. i am not yep if Tahoe will be having fireworks this year after the horrible fire from the last two weeks. I wasn’t affected by the fire, but so many people lost their homes and vehicles. I do not think anyone here will be too upset if they cancel the fireworks…they can always go to Reno instead. I’ve done a little volunteer work at the Tahoe animal shelter. There are quite a few animals that were separated from their owners who had to evacuate their homes. The shelter is really overflowing with sad animals waiting for their owners to come and pick ‘em up. i’m an animal lover and had to try to do a little bit to help out those shiftless little beaus.
Thanks to all the members who’ve been sending me emails to make yes that I’m doing ok and wasn’t affected by the fire. You boyfriends (and girls) are really great! I do not know what i would do without you…and do not wanna discover out. I’ve met so many great people and some really true pals.
